We offer FREEEEE shipping for domestic online orders - wohoo! Good Day Girl delivers your styles nationwide via Australia Post. From when you order, your styles will be made just for you, taking approximately eight weeks. Delivery for Winter 2019 will be the first two weeks of May.

For our International customers
Good Day Girl delivers worldwide using Australia Post's International Service. Our shipping and delivery prices do not include any tariffs, duties, insurance, custom charges that may occur for relevant international countries. Please be aware that all additional charges are the responsibility of your good selves. Global Flat-rate is AU$30. 

Returns Policy
We want you to loooove wearing Good Day Girl. If you are not happy with the fit of your piece, please contact us and we will arrange a return and refund. Through our made to order business model, we are trying very hard to reduce as much waste in the industry as we can - so please feel free to get in contact with us to work out your size prior to ordering. We love chatting size!

Returns are accepted unworn and with your name tag in place, within 30 days. Please get in touch with us to organise this either by calling or emailing style@goodddaygirl.com.au
Please follow the process for returning goods:
- Contact Good Day Girl on (02) 9368 1423 or style@gooddaygirl.com.au within thirty days of receiving the goods.
- Package the unworn and undamaged items (can be tried!) in the original packaging with tags and send them back to us at 31 Norfolk Street, Paddington NSW 2021
- On your instruction, Good Day Girl will either give you a credit note for a future purchase or refund you for the amount of the order via the online store
- Good Day Girl will contact you when the refund has been processed.
