Say hi to Anthia Koullouros, a passionate crusader for living a healthy life. Naturopath and herbalist, Anthia set up her clinic and store, OVVIO in Paddington more than ten years ago and has since built up a sought after practise, a delicious line of ORGANIC TEAS (of which we are addicted...) and has published her book “I AM FOOD” – phheewwwie! What a girl!

A driven talent who speaks and teaches the golden health. Take a look through these gorgeous photos of Anthia in our Good Day Girl Tuxedo Dress and get some insights from the tea goddess!

Best hands-down natural remedy ever? Echinacea root tincture, but the two species combined, Echinacea Angustifolia and Purpurea. It’s an antibacterial for any infection such as a common cold or acne.

Most common question that gets asked of you about nutrition? What am I meant to eat, because I am so confused by the enormous amount of information and the conflicting information out there.

Favourite brew of tea to relax? I swing between an organic black Ceylon Orange Pekoe (my English Breakfast Tea) or my Nourish Aromatic Tea – a warming blend of aniseed, cinnamon bark, clove bud, ginger root and star anise.

What colours make you feel happy? Monet’s Sky – atmospheric and light hues of pinks, greys, blues, greens and yellows – it’s the colours of dawn and dusk.

Best thing about having your own business? It doesn’t feel like work, I live my passion and purpose everyday.

Memories are in what we wear, what piece of clothing or accessory takes you immediately back to that moment or person? My cashmere jumper reminds me of a kindred spirit I haven’t seen in a while…

Do you plan what you are wearing the night before or do you reach for whatever is closest when you get dressed in the morning? Reach for whatever is closest when I get dressed in the morning!

How important is it that your clothes are functional? I need to wear flats as I go up and down stairs in between patients all day. And I am running between shop, clinic and warehouse.

If you had to only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would that be (it could be a meal)? That is the hardest question ever – I simply can’t answer this one!

On wearing Good Day Girl: one word to describe how it feels: Relaxed.

A big thank you to Anthia for letting us in to play in her gorgeous store OVVIO. And grazie to Dean Tirkot for the fab photos!!!
